Who We Support
Autism Speaks is the nation’s largest autism science and advocacy organization. They are
dedicated to funding research into the causes, prevention, treatments and a cure for autism;
increasing awareness of autism spectrum disorders; and advocating for the needs of individuals
with autism and their families.
Claflin Hill Symphony Orchestra
The Claflin Hill Music Performance Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to
bringing live music to the Greater Milford and Central Massachusetts areas. The Orchestra accomplishes that mission through four different concert series each year:
The Claflin Hill Symphony Orchestra, The Memorial Hall Chamber Series, Adventures In Listening Children’s Concerts and Family Night at the Bandstand Summer Park Concerts, as well as the newly created Adventures In Listening—The Class, an adult education course in music appreciation.
Charles River Chorale, Inc.
The Charles River Chorale was formed in 1985 as the Millis Community Chorale. Two annual concerts are performed during the Christmas Holiday Season and Spring.
Daily Bread Food Pantry
Founded in October 1991, this volunteer charity provides groceries to those in need, primarily on a referral basis. The pantry has a close working relationship with local churches, which help to recruit volunteers through church bulletin postings. Donation drop-offs are accepted Mondays, 6:00 – 7:30pm at 21 Exchange Street, Milford, MA 01757 or call 508-478-4225.
Foxborough Discretionary Fund
Medway Oil & Propane offers on-going Fuel Oil Assistance to Foxbrough residents through
The Foxboro Discretionary Fund, which supports local residents with their household expenses.
They also offer a Food Pantry which is currently providing food to more than 140 households on a monthly basis. The Foxboro Food Pantry is open every Tuesday and Thursday, 9-11 a.m. and

Hopedale Boy Scouts, Troop 1
Since 2001, the Troop 1 of Hopedale, MA have used the Medway Oil & Propane Milford location
to store all their supplies and equipment. We carry on this important tradition today.
Horace Mann Educational Associates, HMEA
HMEA supports 2,700 children and adults with developmental disabilities, and their families in
more than 110 Massachusetts communities.

Medway Pride Day
For many years Medway Oil & Propane has supported Medway Pride Day by participating in various events throughout the day as well as having their own display booth. There most recent Medway Pride Day was in May 2012 during which they donated funds to run two children’s games.
Medway Housing Authority
Medway Oil & Propane offers heating oil support annually to those families in need during the cold weather month of the year.
Medway Village Church Food Pantry
This community outreach is a vital ministry which is supported by donations from members of

The Millis Fund Inc.
Medway Oil & Propane helps Millis residents in need with fuel oil assistance on an on-going basis. Founded in 1994 by the combined religious communities in town, the fund provides financial assistance to Millis residents who are in emergency situations. It is administered by an unpaid staff of local board members. During the last 15 years, because of the generous support of the religious communities, local civic and business organizations, and individual donors, the fund has been able to assist more than 200 families with emergency. Milford Lions Club
Since 2006, Medway Oil & Propane has been providing their Medway Garage facilities to the Lions Club for their can collection operation. One Saturday per month, the Lions Club uses the Medway Garage to sort all of the cans they collect through their bottle and can drive.
Millis American Legion
Focusing on service to veterans, service members and communities, the American Legion currently has about 2.4 million members in 14,000 posts worldwide.
Millis Food Pantry
The Food Pantry in Millis is run by a group effort of the churches in the town of Millis, and depends on contributions from the town at large, and serves over 64 Millis families.

Purrfect Cat Shelter
The Purr-fect Cat Shelter (PCS) is a non-profit, no-kill, all-volunteer organization. It was established to provide temporary shelter and care for cats, with the ultimate goal of finding permanent homes for each cat. Cats accepted into the shelter stay as long as it is necessary. The PCS membership consists of volunteers who donate their time, energy, talents, and financial support to accomplish the goals of the Shelter.
Since 2003, Medway Oil & Propane has been a collection location for the donation of aluminum can tabs donated to the Shriners Burn Center.
